Ready Check

Readiness check: 200 when MongoDB answers, otherwise 503.

Unlike /health, which only says the process is up, this probes the dependency the server cannot work without. RabbitMQ, Infra and the vector database may be down while the rest of the API keeps serving, so they do not affect readiness; their state is in the dependency.up metric, not in this unauthenticated response.
