Remove a file's documents from the knowledge graph
Remove every knowledge-graph document ingested from a file, keeping the file itself.
Returns 409 while the file's latest job is in_progress, unless it has had no update for
graph.ingestion_stale_after_seconds (abandoned): a worker still running it then finds the job
gone, stops, and undoes the document it was ingesting.
