DocumentIngestionRecord
A single document tracked within a graph-ingestion job, ingested or pending ingestion. Stored one per MongoDB document in `graph_ingestion_documents` (with `job_id`, `project_id` and `file_id` alongside), not embedded in the job: a large file's documents would exceed the 16MB document size limit.

Status of a single document within a graph-ingestion job. `REMOVED` marks a document deleted from the graph via `DELETE /v1/graph/documents/{document_id}`: terminal and non-failed for the job's status, skipped by a bulk job resume, re-addable via retry.
